MOTS

MOTS is an ANR-funded collaboration developing rapid, coordinated observations of the transient sky across multiple observatories and cosmic messengers.

I am the Principal Investigator of MOTS, a project funded by the French Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR). From 2023 to 2026 it brings together people from several laboratories in the Paris-Saclay area to improve multi-messenger observations across many wavelengths. More details are on the project website, www.anr-mots.fr.

Connecting tools and observatories

MOTS links the tools that the transient community relies on, so that alerts, context and observation plans flow between them and reach observatories in space and on the ground. MOTS postdocs have also contributed to results such as the second H.E.S.S. gamma-ray burst catalogue.
